Sunday, November 19. 2006Beautiful Mishima Estate
Last night I played a round of Tekken DR on my PSP and we have seen a lot Episodes of Buffy lately as a result I had another dream.
I think that the following description doesn't capture the dream very well, it was basically about beautiful scenery. I cannot recall most details, I just have this feeling, it was nice. The dream: We were outside, in the garden of the Mishima Estate and there was this plaza with several fountains and goblets. These were apparently triggered by an ancient mechanism, because after someone had triggered it, one of the bigger fountains was lowered into the ground and the equally big goblet began to burn. All spectators (I think there were 5-8) were in awe. We thought that it would look better in the dark. The sun would set soon. Suddenly a thunderstorm began. Some were trying to look for cover by the columns, fountains and goblets at the plaza but someone said it was too dangerous so we all ran towards the house. About three hundred meters from the house were two sportscars parked and we thought about seeking cover there, while the lightning struck all around us. But then we decided that we were close to the house and it was much more comfortable inside the house than sitting in a car. After a short sprint, we reached the terrace which was roofed over and then slipped through the japanese-style glass doors inside (they were like the famous japanese-paper doors but solid - frosted glass probably - and would keep the weather outside). We actually left the door open, as it wasn't cold or windy. Some stood by the door and looked outside. It looked beautiful. The sun was setting in the distance. Someone commented that it was a very nice place to live. Kazuya said, that he had wanted to sell the estate for a while, since it reminded him of his father, he leaned with one hand against the wall besides the door and looked outside while he said it. "But I just couldn't". Someone joked that there were probably not many people who had enough money to buy the estate. Kazuya agreed. One after the other all left the window, since the sunset was over. I was last to leave and I met a friend in the kitchen, I asked her if she needed help. She told me to take the cleaned plates and cutlery from the dishwasher and to put in the dirty stuff. I asked Kazuya, who was across the room in the living room if that was really necessary, and he said to leave it. That someone would take care of it the next morning, there was just no one here at the moment, since it was Sunday. Monday, October 23. 2006Lara on the Run (again)
At first let me mention, that I have been revising my story "Dangerously in Love" for the german translation. Those of you who have read it know that Lara was being chased by Heihachi's men. She had do switch hotels a couple of times and this is where my dream kicks in.... (However in my dream Heihachi was "dead" and it was someone else who was after Lara.)
Lara and Kazuya were in a hotel in Bonn, Germany. My dream is very unclear, but I think someone called to warn them, probably the reception who told them that someone was there to see them. Lara got into her adventure gear in a hurry and put on her gun rig in a haste. When someone knocked at the door, Kazuya opened and Lara, being nervouse, shot the person. They both decided that this had gone wrong when they saw that it was the maid. (I told you that it was a dream, didn't I?) They turned back the time and the knock at the door came again. This time they opened it carefully and waited for the maid to say something. She as well warned them. They both ran out and towards the nearby stairs. From below they could hear footsteps and people coming up. They turned around and ran through a glass door on the side. They ran along the corridor to find another set of stairs. It was quiet there. They made their way down. In the reception hall they saw a baddy by the entrance. Lara shot him and they stormed outside, followed by more baddies who came down the main stairs again. They were in a road that led to the market place. There were people. Lara yelled to Kazuya that they should run across the market place, which would have been on the left, but she pointed to the right, so that only he could see it. So they ran out into the masses and to the right. Some of their followers got lost, when running to the left. Others attacked them and were shot, I think. They came across parked trucks which were loading or unloading goods. For a moment Lara concidered to hide in one of the trucks, but she decided against it, when she had a vision of being cornered inside the truck. They ran through the crowd to the end of the market and into another road. They rand and duced down behind other people. Suddenly they heard a cart coming up from behind. They decided that this was likely to be another badguy so they hid in an entrance on the right. The cart went by and they got out again. Two men were on the cart. For some strange reason this cart had sidemirrors and no horses although it was made of wood... One of the baddies spotted Lara and Kazuya behind them. He warned his colleague. But just when they turned around Lara shot them both in the heart. One with each of her pistols. They were of course immediately dead. They ran further ahead and towards the train station. Kazuya said that they should get into any train they could catch and that Lara shouldn't bother about tickets, that he would pay with his credit card when they were in the train. (As if Lara would worry about tickets now.) Lara decided that they should not take the tram/underground, because it would stop all the time and they would be easily caught. But when they came there, one of the underground trains was just about to leave and the followers were close behind, so they decided that maybe it wasn't such a bad idea after all. The train they were in was headed for Düsseldorf. (very funny... there are no tram/underground trains to Düsseldorf from Bonn) Lara said that they should get off at the Cologne Airport, which was halfway inbetween. It seemed they made it and they took a plane to New York, however the baddies found them even there. At this point Kazuya said: "This is stupid, let's get home. I'll take care of you there." (By home he ment his home: Tokyo.) And so they did. They could be seen from the distance, standing on a balcony of the Mishima mansion. Suddenly on a roof far away a guy with a sniper rifle appeared. He aimed at one of them... Suddenly he was surrounded by hooded fighters... The Tekken Force... and taken down. All seemed save. But somewhere else three baddies attacked three of the Tekken Force and pulled them into a tent (perfect changing room...) This is where my dream ended. Friday, September 1. 2006Need for Speed
Yes, this belong in the dream-category.
I was working for some strange company or something, don't ask me what they did, but I think I had something to do with administration of thie online-presence. I had just installed a wiki for "whatever" Somehow a colleague (I'm not sure if he was one) started an argument and we wanted to settle this in a race, a company event that was taking playce anyway on this day. I think we were in some kind of warehouse and the other one drow his car (I think it was either a tuned Opel/Vauxhall Corsa or Peugeout 206 or 306) out onto the track. I myself made my was though the masses who were now streaming out the other side to reach the spectators area. Some complained when I tried to push past saying things like "Hey we all want to get out there" I replied: "Sorry, I have a car to warm up." Next I came through a part of the building that was a bit like a research area and greeted a couple of the people working there. I arrived at the garages. On the right was an open garage, and on the left, next to another passage leading further on was a closed one I could open using my remote. For some reason I didn't know that this was my garage until I tried and I was also wandering which kind of car I would find inside. Inside I found a silver car I didn't recognize at first, especially in it's tuned state, I first thought it was a Nissan. (similar to the one Rachel drove in Underground 2) But then I found that it was a Lotus Elise. Alas the car was parked so that I have some manouvering to do, to get it out. I even had to move quite a few pieces of office-furniture that was also in the garage. Just when I finally had cleared the path and wanted to get into the car to drive it outside, I woke... Saturday, July 16. 20052 dreams - Bustrip and A Man for the Girl
I've had two strange dreams again last night. Both of them were based on a Tekken character I have made up, Ayumi. She's the twin sister of Jin Kazama, in other words Jun Kazamas and Kazuya Mishima's daughter.
Bus Trip First of all let me say, that Kazuya was somehow the leader of this gang, maybe some of the people were the Tekken Force, but there was also a group of the Tekken Fighters involved. While most of the group waited somewhere outside a few people of the group, especially Nina and Anna Williams and some others made their way "into" the building. The layout was kind of like on a ship. It was a restaurant and/or picnic place. There were three levels plus ground level; stairs were winding their way up. One went from the ground to the middle level; another went straight up to the top. Inside was a rivalry group, they were all dressed a bit like cowboys. Dark trousers, white shirts, brown hat. Someone handed out grenades to the people outside. (Of course, it was a dream so these were like rubber balls in different colours and people argued if they wanted to have the green or the blue.) Ayumi took three of the yellow, these were the smallest and easier to handle for a girl. She was bored just sitting there so she attached her three grenades to her belt and grabbed her throwing knife. Someone of the Tekken Force wanted to stop her at the entrance, but another said that she could do whatever she wanted and that she was capable of getting out again on her own. She made her way up the stairs that led to the top level. On the way she had to cross a part, where some of the baddies were sitting on a lower level, just below the stairs. She tiptoed past and met Nina at the top. Nina had the order to organize a bus. And it seemed she was making good progress. When she saw Ayumi she turned towards her. She talked to her in a sweet and nice voice (Ayumi's weapons were not visible, for whatever reason) and told her that she should go back down and wait for the bus, that everything would be alright. Ayumi played along, pretending to be the innocent sweet girl. She was determined to spread the word to the group below. She turned and walked down the stairs again. One of the baddies appeared behind her. He was flirting with her. He was alone and the part of the stairs were they were was secluded. Ayumi turned around and pulled out her knife. She jumped at him, bringing him down to the floor. She punched him in the face and yelled at him, that she's not available for him. She threatened him with the knife. Then she punched him again. He seemed to be out cold, so she got up and walked away. After a few steps, she sensed something behind her. She turned around and threw the knife, killing the guy. Back outside the bus arrived. Most people got in before her. When Ayumi stepped inside she found Kazuya sitting at the window on the left side with two others, the fourth seat opposite on the aisle was empty. Ayumi sat down there. The bus set into motion. After a few minutes someone on the right (might have been Anna) complained that she needed to go to the toilet and asked how long the journey would take. The bus driver said it would be an hour. Someone else (probably Nina), who needed to go to the toilet as well, started to argue with Anna, if they could hold in that long. Ayumi suddenly had this feeling that she needed to go as well. She tried hard to fight it off, but the only thing left to do in the bus was listen to this pointless discussion. She yelled through the whole bus. "Stop this stupid discussion right now. Now I have to go as well." Most people in the bus laughed. Kazuya looked down to his shoes and complained that they were dirty. Ayumi got up and fumbled in her pocket for her mobile phone. "Shall I call home, that they'll send a butler to clean them for you?" she joked. Kazuya threw her an angry glance and Ayumi sat down being silent again. Ayumi got bored again. She stood up and called through the bus "JIN????" Someone at the back of the bus stood up. "YES!!!!" Ayumi waved to him and sat down again. "He's sweet." The guy next to Ayumi had left them by now. (Who can blame him?) Lee Chaolan came up towards them and sat down next to Ayumi. She leaned her head against his shoulder. She then laid her hand on his chest. Then she kissed him on the mouth and he kissed back. Kazuya jumped up, pulling out his knife. "If you ever kiss my daughter again, I'll kill you." He pointed at Ayumi "And you as well." Ayumi drew her knife as well. "We will see about that." They all sat down again. Ayumi leaned her head back against Lee and closed her eyes. END OF DREAM A Man for the Girl The Mishimas had invited a lot of people to a ball. They were looking for a husband for their youngest female family member. It was custom for all to bring presents. On the invitation it said that the size of the present would not determine who would be picked, of course everybody knew that was a lie. The gate of the estate was open and someone was checking the invitations outside. Somehow Jin, the son of a single mother, had managed to sneak his way into the group of chosen ones. Of course Ayumi picked the sweet Jin, ignoring everything her family had to say about the matter. But then Kazuya told her, that Jin was her twin brother. END OF DREAM Tuesday, June 21. 2005Red Light and Road works
I had a very very strange dream.
Kazuya was driving my Porsche and we came to a sign "Road works", the traffic light was read, but he said he didn't care, since the road was not blocked and just drove in. We got through without problems, since we could circle around all parked trucks and equipment.... I remember somehow, that we came to a dead end. Next up, I was sitting in spy school (totally crazy, I know) and I was sitting in classes. Our teacher decided that it was time to give us an extra lesson, fitting to the moment, fitting to the fact, that Kazuya had to go to the headmaster or the police (I cannot tell, it was a dream) to explain why he drove past the red light. Our teacher showed us a device with which one could easily manipulate traffic lights. She said it was very easy to get into the system if you knew the password. According to her most of the traffic lights still had the basic password, 1,2,3,4,5 and if not, we could easily decipher it with what we learned a while ago about passwords. The device was able to switch both traffic lights to green, both to red or turn them around. When we stepped out of the classroom a friend came to me and asked my why I'd let Kazuya drive my Porsche. If I wasn't afraid that he would break it. I told her that if he did that he had to get me a new one. I told her that he had enough money to just go to the dealer and buy it. I said to her that I think he even could pay that amount with his credit card.... I met him by the exit and together we made our way to the carpark. I didn't know where the car was, because I got there earlier and Kazuya cam later with the car. I was surprised to find a very old MG (and it seemed this was mine as well) parked there. Somehow in my dream I knew that my beloved Porsche was getting new front tires... I got inside and it was very cramped. I started to drive home (strangely enough the car park was that of my old school and the way home was that from university). At the first red traffic light I had trouble with the breaks and when the car came to a hold I couldn't see them, so I had to lean forward. I complained about the car. At the next traffic light I had trouble again and I drove past, my foot on the breaks, when it turned orange. I complained again. When I wanted to drive onto the motorway, Kazuya told me to go into the other direction and he'd get me a new car. (Yes, the Porsche Center in Bonn is actually that way.) So we did... I exchanged the MG - they actually gave me something for that car, it was antique and worth something it seemed - for another Porsche. We got some covers withe Porsche Logo for the backrests as well and then set out to go home. And I had working breaks. Spyschool? I have seen "Never Say Never" yesterday. Kazuya? He's always in my dreams it seems. Porsche? Well, I have an obsession, besides we always come past the Porsche Center in Bonn, when on our way to "Promarkt" where I bougt a lot of stuff over the time (computer mouse, my 512MB memory stick, a metal, case/box for CDs, some PS2 games...) Friday, June 10. 2005Dream - no title
Last night I again had a dream that indicates that I spend too much time thinking about Tekken.
It was quite boring as nothing really happened and I don't remember much, but I wanted to mention it for the record. I was either Jun Kazama, or a character I have made up (Ayumi Kazama) who is (in one of my stories) the twin sister of Jin Kazama. It's not quite clear to me who I was as both were there and always together. We were in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in the country side, waiting for a bus. We needed to get somewhere, to find Kazuya and stop him from doing something silly or so. We almost missed the bus, since we had wandered off from the bus stop. We had to explain to the driver why he should let us in, even though we hadn't been at the bus stop. The bus took us somewhere were we met Jin. I remember Jun calling out to him. "Jin" and he called "Mom". We had a talk und suddenly Hwoarang and Kazuya were there as well... The rest is blurry. Friday, June 3. 2005Academy Awards and Aliens
Somehow, it seems that all I enter her are strange dreams at the moment...
It seemed that this were "my" academy awards. First Scene Ok, it started all with me standing in a hall with three of my friends. For some reason they were all kind of made up. When I returned to the others it was time to enter the main hall, despite the fact, that my father was a rich man (for some reason I was Heihachi's daughter - again.) we were "seated" at the back. We actually had to stand there. Well, never mind. First up was a category I cannot remember, mainly because I was dreaming how it would be if I'd win my category... Music played while the winning person made his/her way up to the stage. Next up was the category I was nominated in "best female actress in a horror/sci-fi movie" or something. Again, I was dreaming and I missed the moment my name was announced. One of my friends told me and I got up and made my way down. Somehow, I was unsure if they told me the truth, I feared that I'd make a fool of myself walking up there, when the name hadn't even been announced, and when someone else would get the award. But the closer I came, the more people applauded, so I decided I was at the right spot. I was handed the trophy and walked up to the microphone. I noticed, they had a very small one and at first I wasn't certain if it even was a microphone. Then I wasn't certain how loud I should talk into it. I decided to speak in a normal voice, and it came out nicely. "I cannot believe I have won. I am honoured, I don't know what to say. I would like to thank my father for supporting me. (I thanked Heihachi??? Silly dream!!!) And I'd like to thank my brother Kazuya for always believing in me, and helping me when I needed help. (Isn't that a cool name for a brother. And in my dream he was a cool brother!) Then I'd like to thank my friends Catherine, Sasha (I noticed how my other friend thought I'd forget her, maybe I imagined it, because I feared I had lost her name in all this excitement, but I remembered just in time.) and Diane (a smile appeared on her face) for always being there for me. Thank you all." I turned around and walked backstage with my trophy. I went outside into the garden and suddenly an alien appeared - one from my movie... They were real! A second one appeared just a second later and I knew I was in trouble. I flipped open my mobile phone and called my brother to tell him to come and help me. Then I fought off one or two of the aliens, who had become more and more, knocking them unconscious. I fled backwards and came towards a closed shop or cafe with a sign. I don't remember the name, but I again called my brother and told him, where he could find me. I retreated further backwards, but suddenly there were aliens behind me as well. I looked up to the sky and saw a black dot in the distance. It came closer and grew bigger. After fighting off another alien, I could see it was a purple creature. It's always good to have a devil in the family. (Sorry, I must have lost all you none Tekken players there Kazuya had transformed into his devil form and used his laser-eye to eliminate the aliens. One after one they disappeared. Suddenly a man with a rifle appeared next to me. I called Kazuya to tell him to "have an eye" on him. I threw myself to the ground, but the man aimed at an alien that was behind me. Kazuya left him alone. I thanked the man and told him I was sorry for thinking he was against me. Next scene: I was fleeing from more aliens again and jumped into a lake. Someone in a boat helped my out and brought me to the other side. (It was Londo from Babylon 5, imagine him in a gondola.) But the aliens were closing in on all sides and reaching the other side wouldn't help, since they would be upon me soon after. But a roaring sports car arrived on the other side. It was Kazuya again. He had "changed" into a suit. I got into the car and he gave me a kiss as "hello". Forget the aliens, they cannot follow a Porsche. ESCAPE ************************************************************************** Completely different dream: I was in a hotel in a lift and everything was chaotic, everywhere people were waiting. We wanted to get something to eat but we ended up on the 2nd floor, where we had our rooms. We asked someone from the hotel how we could get up to another floor, where we could meet our friends. She said that was impossible. We returned to the lifts and they were all overflowing. Somehow we got inside and I remembered that I had been given a card by my father (see first dream We met Ross and Rachel there. (Playing too much Tekken, having too much trouble with the lifts in a convention hotel and now watching too much Friends. Tuesday, May 3. 2005Another strange dream (Autographs, Sushi and Kazuya's sex life)
Yes, yes. I had another strange dream. Actually, I had a couple of strange dreams, but just this one was really interesting. If you cannot handle my strange fantasies, please skip. It is about Tekken characters…. (Bob is a nickname a lot of Tekken players use for Hwoarang.)
I was somewhere with Jan and there was someone our age, who was trading autographs. I think Jan was Hwoarang, so he signed a few of his own images. The next picture was one of Joe Cocker and for a joke he said he could fake his signature. The dealer agreed since he said he would probably never meet him in person. While they were signing, I had a talk with another guy. He asked me about a strange circular building that was being built in the valley below. He asked me what Lee had planned there. I already had this feeling that this was Kazuya's silly idea…. Back with the autograph guy, he had an image of Angelina Jolie and he said he would never get her autograph either. But then I said: She might come to a movie premier, where he could meet her. But he said that was never anywhere near here. So I told him that the strange circular building was supposed to be a huge movie theatre. He said that it wouldn't be large enough, so I told him, that it was supposed to be the hugest cinema in the world. He said that this would be stupid, because there were too many cinemas already and this would just make losses. I told him that money didn't matter. (I thought: Because it was the hobby of someone with too much money.) We (I guess that was Jan=Hwoarang and I) approached the building and some images that were already painted to the side gave me a hind and we agreed. "That's Kazuya's style not Lees." We wandered through the rest of the town and inspected another structure that was built and I wondered if it would be a train station. Somehow I ended up alone and found a sushi bar with chairs outside. There was a corner table and a tiny table empty. In-between sat a couple who were almost done. So I thought that there was enough space for all of us. (I am coming to the "us" later.) I called Kazuya to ask him if I should make a reservation till they all got here. (I spoke Japanese, hey great, I didn't know I could I left this restaurant and walked along the harbour. Someone was holding a nine-inch-beagle over the railing of his sailing boat to pee. (Funny image!) I found the others, except for Hwoarang. Where had I lost him? I took out my mobile phone and searched for his number. But all I could find was Lee and Jin. I took out a phonebook but had to realise, that I didn't know his surname. I think at that point I called Kazuya again, and told him to call Bob and inform him, where we would meet. The rest of us were standing somewhere in a hallway and talking. I think we were in front of the second restaurant, waiting for the others. And now it is getting a bit dirty, so if you don't want to read, then don't Continue reading "Another strange dream (Autographs, Sushi and Kazuya's sex life)" Saturday, October 16. 2004I've been dreaming again.
It all started on a carpark. A helicopter came towards the car I was standing at. So I crouched and hid behind the car. The helicopter circled the car and so did I to stay hidden. After a while the helicopter landed and I fled through a few narrow roads. Somewhere there I met two girls, about 13 years old. They had fake pistols. I offered them each 1 Million (I asked them for a joke if they wanted Pounds or Dollars, they knew that Pounds was a better choice.) for one of their fake guns and they agreed.
With the fake gun I had gotten I knocked out one of the baddies standing at the corner of the road and took his automatic gun. I also knocked out the second baddie a few steps further and took his gun as well. Then I ran further and jumped onto a donkey. The stupid thing wouldn't move at first, so I gave him a nudge in the ribs. Finally he moved just a bit quicker than I would have been able to run. Suddenly somewhere the floor crumbled and I could just grab a rope (probably it was a bridge or something) and pull up into safety. Here I had to shoot a couple of baddies. That's when I woke up and found the cat lying on my legs keeping me from moving at all. Obviously I am still playing to much Tomb Raider. Monday, September 13. 2004Dreams
Let me warn you. My dreams are always a bit strange, so if you don't understand a word of what I am saying, that's normal.
The Wrestling Sticker Book I was somewhere outside. Earlier on I had a "Kicker Sonderheft" (that's a football magazine for the beginning of a new season, with an introduction of all teams), a Wrestling Stickerbook (a very old one) and something else I cannot remember in my hands. But now I had lost them and had to find them again, Especially the Sticker Book. I walked down a street, there I met a lot of men standing at tables of cafe's, all reading the Kicker. Somewhere there I also found my Kicker, but the Wrestling Sticker Book was gone. So I continued my search. Finally I found a bench where I have sat down before and there was my Sticker Book. But a boy claimed it was his. Which was absolutely ridiculous since he would have been hardly born, when this stickerbook was made. So I said that whoever knows the most wrestlers in the book, get's it. A young man, about a year or two older than I am was the judge.... So I started to mention all the guys I knew in there. Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker... At that part the guy interrupted me and told me something about the Undertaker locking Bret Hart's Wive in a casket... Sick! Here the dream ended, and all I could think about later was that I don't remeber the name of a certain tag team and that I have forgotten Yokozuna who was very important by that time... A yeah, what I wanted to look for in that stickerbook was something about Kazuya!??? Why? That's easy to answer: First I play too much Tekken, then I have lost my Tekken Tag strategy book and on top of that I worked on Maria's bio yesterday and she's a fan of "The Rock" - me too by the way, but he was not in the WWF (what they called themself ages ago) when I had my stickerbook. The TR7 Solution Book I came into a local store (Globus). They were busy redecorating, everything was on the right side of the store but it was larger than before. I was looking for games or something. (I am always looking for games, but to tell you the truth there is absolutely no game I want right now) In a rack I saw something strange. The TR7 Solution Book, it was bigger than the Kingdom Heart's Solution book. I was still looking at the price € 12.95, when someone came and picked it up. She was talking to a shop employee and he said it was the only one, since the game was not released yet. I was really disappointed. But then I asked her if I could have a look at it and she was extremely friendly and sharing....
